Couple-to-be Erin and Sean planned ahead with their Jacksonville, Florida, beach engagement session. With daughter Lilly only too happy to participate, they met SILVER IMAGE® Weddings’ photographer Gene Bednarek at sunrise, ready with their “Save the Date” signs to take advantage of the morning light and get a jump-start on their 2012 wedding plans.

California couple Laura and Mark had a similar idea on the other coast. With the Pacific Ocean as their backdrop, the newlyweds personalized their thank you notes with a fun pre-planned photo op.

Using photos (and signs) is a great way to give correspondence a very special touch!

Coasters from Fractureme.com are a great way to display images

One new breakthrough (and hip) company we’re happy to work with is the Gainesville, Florida-based Fracture, which displayed images by SILVER IMAGE® Weddings’ Gene Bednarek and Robert McClory at a recent bridal show. The Fracture folks have developed a way to print photos directly onto glass, giving the end result an “HDTV” depth that is sleek and shiny (they’ll never fade), durable (mounted on black foam board) and ready to hang (no frames needed). Besides showcasing images on a wall, there are other goodies to choose from, including coasters and refrigerator magnets (a nice save-the-date option!).

SILVER IMAGE® Weddings photographer GENE BEDNAREK‘s images of a Ponte Vedra-area wedding are featured in a two-page spread in the Fall edition of Jacksonville (Florida) Bride magazine. Nine photos were chosen by the wedding magazine editors! Featured was Tanya Gleeson and Jake Rhodes’ planning and ceremony at Palm Valley Gardens, north of St. Augustine, Florida. Cheryl Abbott of Forever Sacred Events coordinated the planning with the couple, who made many of their own decorations, including the pinwheels and vintage-look wood signs. Enjoy!
